Martha Lucas was wonderful to work with and far exceeded our expectations. My wife and I began looking for our first home late in the summer of 2018. We were reviewing home postings on several online sites however; the homes in our price range were lasting less than 48 hours on the market. It was evident that we would need assistance competing in such a fast paced market. Martha came highly recommended from a coworker that had worked with her as both a purchasing and selling agent. Her communications were prompt whether we contacted through phone, text or email. We quickly began touring properties and discussing features that we liked and disliked. Martha possesses a wealth of information and great insight to many home qualities that we were unaware.
